Minimum Qualification Required:
For Mate (Mines), Blaster (Mines) Trades- The candidates must passed high School or equivalent examination under 10+2 system or equivalent + ITI in respective Trade recognized by NCVT/ SCVT.
For All Other Trades- The candidates must passed high School or equivalent examination under 10+2 system or equivalent + ITI in respective Trade from an institute recognized by NCVT/ SCVT.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 30 years as on cut-off date (01.11.2022). However, relaxation in age limit is applicable as per government rules.
Mode of Selection:The candidates will be selected on the basis of merit based on their marks obtained in ITI & 10th. A weightage of 30% to marks scored in relevant trade in ITI & a weightage of 70% shall be given to marks scored in 10th board.

HCL deals with mining and smelting of copper. Besides copper it is also involved in the production of Gold, Silver, Tellurium, Selenium, Nickel Sulphate and Fertilizers. The company works under the control Indian Ministry of mines.
HCL is the sole copper producer with vertical integration and has Refining, Mining, Beneficiation, Smelting and manufacturing of Continuous Cast Rod as its major activities. HCL shares are held in the cities like Delhi, Calcutta, Mumbai, Chennai and Ahmedabad. It was granted ISO 9002 certification for the manufacture of Continuous Cast Rod and Cathode at Taloja Plant and refineries respectively.

10th ,10+2 candidates , Diploma holders in mining operation specialty or ITI candidates can apply for posts like Electrician, lineman, Auto Electrician, Blaster, HEME Operators. Posts like Loader Operator/ Loco Assistant are also available that requires highly experienced candidates.
